Redcliffe Museum

For an interesting walk down memory lane and into Redcliffe’s historic Peninsula and community, the Redcliffe Museum is a great free activity for visitors.

The Museum and its collections offers an intriguing insight into this unique region: its European history since 1799, its heritage as Queensland’s first European settlement in 1824-25, its much older indigenous culture, its rich maritime history, and the pleasures and surprises of bayside life.

Redcliffe Museum offers a changing showcase of temporary exhibitions developed through local partnerships, or touring from our State and National museums, has a Kid’s Zone, Fun in the Sun Theatrette and a Museum Shop.

Entry is free and the Museum is open Tuesday to Sunday 10.00am – 4.00pm

Redcliffe Museum is located at 75 Anzac Avenue, Redcliffe in the former Sacred Heart Memorial Church, nestled in the beautiful parkland of Corscadden Park, amidst the wildlife of the Humpybong Creek.
