Payment will be taken from the card provided the day before your arrival EXCEPT during peak and school holiday periods, full payment is due 28 days before arrival.
Cancellations/modifications up until payment is taken is free. Once payment is taken, there are no refunds.
A 2.2% credit card transaction fee is applied to all payments.
No refund will be given if you cancel any part of your reservation during your stay.
