Welcome to Scarborough Beach Resort Important House Rules – Guest Summary To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable stay for everyone, all guests are asked to follow these key resort rules. 🔕 Respect & Quiet Enjoyment Please keep noise to a reasonable level at all times. Behaviour that disturbs other guests or residents is not permitted, including loud music or gatherings. Social functions or parties in common areas require prior approval. 🚭 No Smoking Policy Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on common property, including: Pool, spa, gym and sauna areas BBQ and recreation areas Balconies, courtyards and other outdoor areas This rule applies to all guests and visitors. 🚗 Parking & Vehicles Park only in your allocated space or designated visitor parking. Do not park on driveways, access ways, or other common areas. Vehicles must be driven carefully and in accordance with road rules. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted unless specifically approved. 🏊 Shared Facilities – Use with Care Guests are welcome to enjoy all shared facilities, provided they are used respectfully: Pool & Spa Supervise children and non-swimmers at all times. Shower before using the spa. No glass in pool or spa areas. Leave the area clean and tidy after use. Gym & Sauna Use equipment only as intended. Towels must be used on gym equipment and in the sauna. Wipe down equipment after use. Children must be supervised if using facilities. BBQ Areas Available on a first-come basis. Clean and tidy the BBQ after use. Be mindful of noise and other users. 🗑️ Rubbish & Recycling Place all rubbish and recycling in the correct bins. Do not overfill bins or leave items beside them. No bulky items (furniture, whitegoods, large boxes) are to be left in bin rooms or chutes. Glass must not be placed in garbage chutes. 🔐 Security & Access Do not share, copy, or misuse keys, fobs, or access devices. Access is limited to authorised areas only. Lost access devices should be reported immediately. 🐾 Animals Pets are not permitted on the property unless specifically approved by the Body Corporate. 🛠️ Care of Property Please do not damage, alter, or interfere with common property or building equipment. Furniture, fixtures, and shared spaces must be left as found. Report any damage, accidents, or safety concerns to reception as soon as possible. ♻️ General Courtesy Do not obstruct hallways, lifts, or common areas. Do not interfere with staff, contractors, or building operations. Use facilities only for their intended purpose. Respect other guests’ privacy and comfort at all times.
