Surfers Paradise
Swim or surf on the world famous surf beach at Surfers Paradise, cruise along Surfers Boulevard with great views of the beach, browse Cavill Mall with great shopping and eateries, observe the Gold Coast from high up at Q1 Observation Deck, visit Ripley’s Believe It Or Not! or Infinity Gold Coast tourist attractions, jump aboard a canal cruise and check out some of Surfers Paradise’s waterfront mansions and enjoy the beautiful ambience of this tourist city.
Gold Coast Hinterland
The “Green behind The Gold”, Gold Coast Hinterland features many natural attractions such as Natural Bridge in Numinbah Valley, Springbrook and Lamington National Park bushwalks and waterfalls, Tambourine Mountain wines, food and arts, elevated skywalks at Lamington and Mt Tambourine and the rainforests of O’Reillys and Binna Burra.
Beaches and Estuaries
If you just want to spend a day beach hopping, the Gold Coast has 21 stunning beaches from north to south where you can swim, surf, paddle, fish or dive into. And the good thing is that most of the beaches are patrolled by surf lifesavers and are very safe. Start at Southport Spit in the north and go all the way south to Rainbow Bay Beach at Coolangatta. There is also calm water beaches on offer at Tallebudgera Creek and Currumbin Estuary where you can participate in all kinds of water activities.
