Good for the price We stayed for 2 nights and found the staff at front desk very pleasant. We arrived after hours and had no problem with parking or getting to our room. The room itself was well set out, clean and had a nice bathroom. The bed was very firm. The air-con worked a treat. Our room had glimpses of the ocean. High recommend Danny's restaurant downstairs. A good place to stay for the price. bubble1964 - Mandurah AU Date of stay: November 2011, Source: TripAdvisor
Very convenient to cities, beach, eateries and other attractions in the area. They gave us an upgrade to a studio/kitchenette which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise. Anonymous Date of stay: October 2011, Source: Booking.com
There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children the bedrooms were well set out for privacy and the kitchen was functional. Also having a laundry was great and the huge balcony looking over the beach just topped the holiday. Also the local park for the kids and not to far away in Redcliffe the lagoon was great. Great spot We stayed 2 nights, family of 4 (2 teens), in a 2 bedroom apartment. We checked in after hours and this was fine, just followed the instructions at the door. The apartment was well proportioned with full kitchen which was very well stocked. The interior was newish and tastefully decorated. The balcony area was roomy and although we had views of the treetops, you could see the water whilst standing at the solid balcony. The washing machine and dryer was great, the apartment was very clean. As regular visitors to the area, we'd definitely stay again. We hardly saw any staff but Reception were friendly enough and always busy. Would recommend for families with children and especially across the road at the park for younger children. It is a fair way out of Brisbane city but a lovely location for beaches, walks and relaxing. There are also other touristy activities and a fairly local information centre (Redcliffe) to find all this out. jen101Auckland - Auckland NZ Date of stay: July 2011, Source: TripAdvisor
Couldn't fault it - huge 1 bedroom apt, spotless, cheerful staff, fab location We arrived in the late afternoon just before staff left for the day but we'd been given very easy instructions on what to do if we had to check in after hours. Very cheerful, helpful staff greeted us at the front office and we were parked under the building and in our room in under 15 minutes. The one bed apartment was spotless, more spacious than we anticipated and faced the Bay. The layout was great, the balcony a real bonus and the airconditioner was quiet and efficient (it was VERY hot and humid outside when we stayed!). The resort is walking distance to a small but well-stocked supermarket, all sorts of takeaway food options are on the doorstep and there is plenty to do close by for walkers, swimmers, cyclists and couch potatoes. Don't feel like going out? There's a very clean, clear, cool pool outdoors, a hot spa indoors, a gym room and a sauna in the building! keriblu - Far North Coast NSW Date of stay: March 2011, Source: TripAdvisor
Very nice, clean, convenient place to stay. We ended up staying for 4 nights instead of 2 as we liked it so much and did not want to move. Very comfortable, great service. Thoroughly enjoyable and would recommend to anyone and likely stay there again if we are in the area. Paul Date of stay: March 2011, Source: TakeABreak
The position of the resort was excellent as it was accessible to many shopping centres, beach, Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Dianne - Warriewood, Australia Date of stay: January 2011, Source: Booking.com
