Check-in is at 2:00PM.

Please contact our reception to see whether an early check-in is possible for your reservation. We do not charge an extra fee for early check-ins.

Check-out is at 10:00AM.

Please contact our reception to see if a late check-out is possible for your reservation. We do not charge extra for late check-outs however, if you stay later than 1:00PM, you will be charge for an extra day of your accommodation.

If you arrive outside our reception hours, please follow the instructions provided by our after-hours service through the intercom located on the right side of the glass doors at the entrance of Scarborough Beach Resort.

You will be directed to the late arrivals safe in the reception area which will contain an envelope with your key, security swipe, and welcome arrival sheet.

Unfortunately, the rooftop area cannot be reserved.

Apartments will only be serviced every 8 days. If your reservation is less than 8 days then it will not be serviced.

If you are staying for 2+ nights, we will take a $200 deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance, if any, will be paid on arrival.

If you are staying for 1 night, we will take the full amount to secure your booking.

You can pay with cash but please note that you will be required to pay a $200 cash bond on arrival.
